Services
CarNova provides automotive services including, but not limited to, inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, detailing, and related services. All services are subject to availability and vehicle condition.
Appointments & Estimates
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Any estimates provided are non-binding and based on preliminary information. Final pricing may change after inspection or if additional issues are discovered. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before proceeding with additional work.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed at our location or on our website. Vehicles may not be released until payment is received, as permitted by law.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in fees or refusal of future bookings.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
You acknowledge that automotive work involves inherent risks. CarNova is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues
Failures caused by worn, defective, or aftermarket parts
Delays due to parts availability, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarNova’s liability is limited to the cost of the services performed.
Warranties
Any warranties on parts or labor will be disclosed at the time of service and may be subject to manufacturer or supplier terms. No additional warranties are implied unless expressly stated in writing.
